Pregnancy Continuation is the decision to continue a pregnancy following a prenatal diagnosis of a life-limiting condition. Pregnancy continuation is also referred to as carrying to term, or the choice to carry to the natural term of the life of the baby diagnosed with a life-limiting condition. Pregnancy continuation is not to be confused with a continuing pregnancy, which is a pregnancy that continues following an elective pregnancy termination procedure. [81]
